Instructions to Authors

Submitted papers should be within the scope of the ICDIM 2023 conference. All contributions must be of high quality, and original, should not have been published elsewhere and should not be submitted for publication elsewhere during the review period or time of the conference.

The conference proceedings is likely to be published in CCIS by Springer-Verlag in Springer's CCIS (Communications in Computer and Information Science) Book Series. (Approval pending)

Please note that papers are required in PDF format for review purposes

Publication process

The language of publication is exclusively English. Authors publishing in ICDIM have to sign the copyright transfer form. However, they are free to use their material published in the proceedings for substantially changed, more elaborate subsequent publications elsewhere.

For the preparation of the camera-ready papers/files, authors should consult authors’ guidelines and use their proceedings templates, either for LaTeX or Word, to prepare their final papers. Springer encourages authors to include their ORCIDs in their papers. In addition, the corresponding author of each paper, acting on behalf of all of the authors of that paper, must complete and sign a Consent-to-Publish form. The corresponding author signing the copyright form should match the corresponding author marked on the paper (see also below). Once the files have been sent to Springer, changes relating to the authorship of the papers cannot be made.

Abstracting/Indexing

The ICDIM proceedings are abstracted/indexed in Scopus, SCImago, EI-Compendex, Mathematical Reviews, DBLP, Google Scholar. CCIS volumes are also submitted for inclusion in ISI Proceedings.
